Show Notes

The Supreme Court could be ruling in favor of a woman who has made a reverse discrimination claim against her employer. The woman, Mariam Ames, began working for the state of Ohio twenty years ago and advanced through the ranks, says she was passed over for a promotion by her gay boss. The case comes at a time when the new Trump Administration is determined to put an end to all D-E-I policies.

FOX’s John Saucier speaks with William Jacobson, Cornell University Clinical Professor of Law and Founder of the 'Equal Protection Project', about the case and what it could mean to D-E-I policies.
