First term Congresswoman Sheri Biggs (R-SC-03) has introduced the 'Made-in-America Defense Act', a bill aimed at boosting American manufacturing of defense supplies for allied nations. It aims to create jobs, increase participation from American companies and increase tracking of restricted defense items.
