The Israeli military announced the ceasefire in Gaza has resumed after an attack that killed two IDF soldiers and was followed by a wave of airstrikes that according to Palestinians killed 36 people. Hamas accuses Israel of multiple ceasefire violations and said they have not been in contact with their forces in the area of the attack claiming they cannot be responsible for any 'incidents' in the area. Israel continues to press Hamas to fulfill its ceasefire role of returning the remains of all deceased hostages. Former White House National Security Advisor John Bolton surrendered to federal authorities in Maryland, and plead not guilty to all charges he allegedly retained and transmitted classified documents. There are 18 counts in the indictment with potential penalties of up to ten years per count and a maximum fine of $250,000 per count.
