Days ago, President Trump said he would suspend trade talks with Canada over their Digital Services Tax on U.S. tech companies that he called "a blatant attack on our country."
By Sunday night, Canada had changed their tune. Their Prime Minister agreed to axe the tax on Big Tech and trade talks have resumed.
