I had the privilege of talking with Dr. Reggie Williams, author of "Bonhoeffer's Black Jesus." In this episode we discuss Bonhoeffer's history prior to his trip to NYC and his experience with the Harlem church community. Dr. Williams discusses this transformational time in Bonhoeffer's life and how it prepared him for the fight he was to take to the Nazis.
