Well, what do you think? I'm so excited to share the podcast rebranding with my beloved listeners. Earlier this year I was struggling to set my intention or word of the year. Which is telling in hindsight. I eventually went with shift, which has characterized this year perfectly. Over 100 episodes and two years later, the podcast is ready for a shift. This is NOT a big 180. It's more like a 10-degree shift. I still love small towns, small businesses, and the stories we tell. But I'm feeling much more of a pull towards female business owners and honing in on the importance of energy, effort, and balance. In this week's episode I'm sharing that lost feeling I felt, how I worked (and am still working) to overcome it, and practical strategies I hope you can use too.
