Also this week, the Afghanistan board claims they received an ICC funding increase, but there is no evidence that it happened. Western Australia continue their dynasty with a Mr Sheffield Shield title and a trophy clean sweep for the season. Steve Smith doesn't blink, but the ICC does over the Indore pitch rating.
