Born and raised in Newcastle, she was immediately immersed in the sport. Her father represented Australia and it was clear from an early age that Emily would soon follow in his footsteps. Like most female athletes of her generation she played with the boys until well into her teenage years, but that all stopped when the Matilda’s came knocking and she made her debut in 2010 at just 16 years old. Football has taken Emily all over the world. While currently plying her trade for the San Deigo Wave in the US she has had stints with clubs in Australia, Germany, Denmark and the UK and all that experience will absolutely come in handy in 2023. Sera Naiqama is an Australian Rugby Union representative who recently competed for the Wallaroos at the Rugby World Cup in New Zealand. Armed with a first-hand knowledge of rugby union and league and a willingness to explore new challenges, Sera has proven to be an insightful and articulate commentator. A growing and evident skill behind the microphone has seen her become a sought-after host, emcee, and pundit on radio and television. Vanessa Turnbull-Roberts is a proud Bundjalung Widubul-Wiabul Woman who is a Human Rights advocate, author, writer and has acquired a Law and Social work degree whilst completing her First-class honour thesis at the University of New South Wales. Vanessa is also a recipient of the Australian Human Rights Medal, awarded by the Australian Human Rights Commissioner, in 2019 where her acceptance speech gained global recognition and response. When’s the last time you dived out of a helicopter? Just last week, Rhiannan Iffland pulled together a 6-year plan to dive from a helicopter into Sydney Harbour. She nailed it, of course, because she is now a 5 x World Champion who travels the world on the Red Bull cliff diving circuit. She has actually secured her 6th title IN A ROW, and it will become official on home soil at the Sydney Harbour Red Bull cliff diving event this Saturday October 15.
