On today's episode I'm talking about the danger of allowing our emotions to control us, and why it is powerful when we realize that we do not have to continue struggling with being an emotional person.
If you are struggling with being an emotional and you wonder if something is wrong with you, I want to remind you that there is nothing wrong with you. Many time our emotions are the root of a trigger, and even something that we are not aware of.
However, once we become aware of where our emotions are coming from we can begin to overcome the emotions.
Your struggle with your emotions is not permanent.
