Hey Mujer, on this episode I'm continuing the coaching series. Many women have a desire to serve and help others but sometimes are not sure how to go about that.
Other times they have a desire to coach others but don't know where to start and because of that they may feel that they are not qualified.
One of the most important things to remember when trying to discover if coaching is the right tool for you to help others is to understand that you may be the solution to someone else's problem or struggle.
You might have the answer that someone else is looking for but you will never know unless you begin to step out of your comfort zone and put yourself out there.
Think about this? Does something come easy to you. Are you gifted in an area where others struggle? If the answer is yes, then coaching others with your unique framework might be the right tool for you to help others,
Other people are waiting for you to coach them, but you have to start somewhere!
