When we have watched others "do it all" and be "superwoman" it's so easy for us to function in the same way. But what happens when you try to be self-sufficient is that when unexpected things happen it can cause you to question your worth. If things don't go as you planned them, do you question if you're good enough?
Life will throw unexpected curveballs at you and if you feel out of control internally it may be that you are also trying to "be in control" - This episode is going to challenge you to ask yourself "am I trying to be in control?" When we constantly try to be in control we risk shutting down and breaking down.
