Last week I went on vacation and I learned two things. First I learned that I need to do more of that and second, I learned that I need to be more intentional about taking time to take care of myself. I need to be intentional with where my energy goes.
As a busy Mujer and a Mompreneur I know how easy it can be to keep going and pouring into your projects and into others and put yourself last. - But honestly, as Mujeres and moms others are counting on us. - Please don't wait until you are falling apart to take care of yourself.
