Monday Motivation // S5 EP 03 // Why is it so hard to forgive yourself?

Have you struggled with forgiving yourself? Do you replay your painful mistake over and over in your mind? 

Oftentimes it is so much easier to forgive others rather than forgiving ourselves for something we did. We live in regret or constant avoidance regarding what we did. 

We condemn ourselves for the mistakes that we have made. True forgiveness of our mistake can be such a cleansing experience. 

If you are struggling to forgive yourself I want to encourage you to begin the process of forgiving yourself so you can be free from the labels and pain that comes with unforgiveness.
