She also shares why you don't need a certification or permission from others to be a Coach that can impact people. Dr. Cindy reminds you on this episode that you are the Daughter of a King and you get to be anything that you want to be. It starts with your story, and that is what certifies you to be the unique woman that can inspire others. Dr. Cindy Garcia has over 10 years of experience in higher education. She has been appointed in roles such as program management and partnership development. 

She earned a Doctor of Education in 2015

She is involved in wellness communities focused on intentional living. She has been a guest speaker for the first Latina sorority in the US Lambda Theta Alpha on developing your online presence. Recently, she was invited to be the host of Women Wonderland, an event sponsored by The Beauty Boost on women empowerment and entrepreneurship. 

 She also started her coaching business in 2017. She focuses on teaching women how to design a life and business they love, by creating courses and redesigning their coaching program using The BRAVER Method to course creating.
