Hey Girl, this week I have a bonus episode for you that I recorded with my friend Cara. We met through a podcasting mastermind program. We quickly found out that we have quite a bit in common. I love how Cara is using her story to empower other women. We have a conversation about finding purpose in God, and using our story to empower others. Cara Foote is a wife, mother of 6, entrepreneur and lifestyle coach with a passion for helping other women break through their Strongholds and get “un-stuck”, helping them level up in their own lives through inner and outer wellness programs. Her podcast offers Christian moms real life encouragement and she shares her own stories of brokenness and how God has used her pain and struggles to inspire other women.
