Hey Girl, welcome back to another episode of The Fearless Mujer. I am so excited that you're hanging out with me again. This episode is a little different because I am coming straight to you from my car! Yes girl we are in the middle of this Texas storm and without power. I just want to encourage you to try to do something that will let others know that you are thinking of them. So if you have been listening to the past few episodes you know that this month we are talking about healing. Valentine's Day was a few days ago, it's the month of Love and we are learning to heal this month because we need to love ourselves enough to heal. Yes Amiga, it's time to learn to heal. We are talking about the stages of healing, and on this episode we talk about confrontation, and I don't mean going to confront and snapping on whoever hurt you. What I mean is confronting the pain or issue that you are dealing with, rather than avoiding it or running away from it. Running away from something is not going to help you heal, and that includes your pain. I know that this episode is going to empower you to start diving into the healing process.
