Hey Girl, welcome back to The Fearless Mujer. This is a Bonus Episode for you, and if you heard the last episode you know that we are talking about healing. During the whole month of February we are going on a healing journey, we're diving into emotional healing. It's the month of Love and girlfriends, you've gotta love yourself enough to heal! So we are going to the hard places, because we weren't called to live as a prisoner of our wounds. Going to our wounds is really hard, we learn to put a band-aid over our emotional wounds, and we never let it heal. Some of us have had band-aids on our heart and our soul and it's been there so long that you have forgotten that it's there. I have to go there guys, because I can't talk about the pretty empowering things until we start healing from the things that hold us back. Your wounds are affecting your relationships, and I get it because I have been there! Amiga, you are not a victim and you're not meant to live hiding behind your emotional wounds.
