There’s the surface strategy and there’s always going to be another layer of strategy under that.
One of the biggest misconceptions and bad habits I've seen new launchers do over and over again is to simplify their launch down to a list of pages, emails, and ads...with no thought to connecting with their audience. They've got all the visible pieces of their launch together, but below the surface, it's not connecting or connected to anyone.
