In heaven the Kingdom is not a future hope but a present reality.
And so to be filled with the Spirit of God, is to find yourself living/being in that eternally present Kingdom.
It is by men and women living in the Spirit, seeing by the Spirit, speaking by the Spirit, that His Kingdom comes on earth as it is in heaven.
