June 25th, 2020 (and the early hours of the 26th) were big for football in Australia and New Zealand. The two nations were awarded the rights to co-host the 2023 Women's World Cup. A year on from that announcement ESPN's The Far Post talks to Jane Fernandez, the woman who head up the bid and is now the Chief Operating Officer for the Australian part of 2023.
