Yesterday it was the news that Anthony Richardson is out for the season as they will be receiving surgery on their AC joint following an injury during a game against the Tennessee Titans. (21:33 - 44:33) - Creed was at the ALCS game last night. Andy resets the scene about what this Colts season was about prior to Richardson's injury. How does the injury and surgery affect the team's approach to next year. Andy thinks the Colts receiving core needs to be re-assessed for Richardson next season. Some audio on Shane Steichen and how play calling around Richardson may change due to his injuries. Minshew has thrown more passes than Richardson this year. Several players will.

Some clips from Coach Steichen on the news and the character of Stewart.

(1:11:52 - 1:25:07) - Scott Agness of The Athletic and the Fieldhouse Files joins the program. The Indiana Pacers will still be on Bally Sports this year. The team is offering a six game package that comes with a year subscription to Bally Sports. (1:25:08 - 1:31:46) - The 2023 Cleveland Brown's defense has been the hardest team to get a first down against in the NFL in the last 24 years.

(1:31:47 - 1:57:12) - Will Carroll joins The Wake Up Call to talk about Richardson's surgery and potential recovery time. He says some of the surgeons consulted would use what is called a "Tight Rope" technique. Would Richardson have needed surgery if he was either left handed or played a different position? Carroll believes the bigger worry is if the arm will heal correctly instead of total rehab time. The type of fiber that will be used on Richardson was invented as recently as 2018. A little bit of talk about Aaron Rodgers and his comeback from similar surgeries.

(1:57:13 - 2:10:21) - Jason Hammer of WIBC's Hammer and Nigel joins the show to talk sports bets. He had some good picks last week covering and hitting the over on multiple bets. Plus other picks from around the sports world.
