Tyrese Haliburton and Bennedict Mathurin had stand out performances. Turner got injured during warm ups as he tripped over a ball boy. A brief aside to talk basketball involving colleges. IU and Purdue basketball season expectations. Then back to Pacers, can Isiah Jackson be a starting NBA center? Pacers attendance was lacking. Is there another level to Tyrese Haliburton's play?

(26:44 - 32:00) - Morning Checkdown

(32:01 - 43:05) - Colts Injury report is looking pretty good going into this week's game against the Titans. Kevin revisits the question from yesterday's show on if a Colts offensive line has a lower ceiling or a higher floor without Shaquille Leonard. How much pressure do Chris Ballard or Frank Reich feel knowing that the other team is coached the way Jim Irsay wants his team to be coached.

(43:06 - 1:11:26) - After the Pacers loss to the Wizards last night, Bennedict Mathurin wanted no part in shaking the other teams hands and went right to the locker room. A lot of focus on the great things that the Pacers did last night. The performance from Haliburton and Mathurin was exceptional. Mathurin scoring 19 points in his first NBA game. Callers start to trickle in and give their opinions on the Pacers loss. Greg Doyle of the IndyStar delivers a surprise call in to the show. He gives a description of this 2022-2023 Pacers season opener. Doyle expresses a hopeful future for the Pacers after watching the young talent this season.  He does mention though that fans are going to have to love to laugh or else this is going to be a long year.

(1:11:27 - 1:29:11) - Scott Agnes of The Fieldhouse Files joins the program. Scott shares in manys excitement about this young team. Why is Daniel Theis on this team? What is his role? The Pacers introduced this weird "crowd hype" event to start the game where Mario Andretti pretended to rev an IndyCar engine in order to get the crowd excited. This  pairs with their slogan this season, "Revved Up."

(1:29:12 - 1:34:42) - The guys close out the hour with a handful of calls about the Pacers. One caller really enjoyed Mathurin's standout performance, scoring his very first shot in the NBA mere seconds after stepping on the court. One caller went to their first game since the pandemic and loved the renovations done to the fieldhouse.

(1:34:43 - 1:59:00) - The Athletic's Zak Keefer calls into the program and shifts the conversation to the Colts matchup against the Titans on Sunday. Keefer notes the Titans are on fire right now having won four in a row. Kevin asks about the defensive lineup and questions still outstanding after six weeks. Isiah Rodgers vs. Brandon Facyson and who deserves to be getting the start next week. Keefer stresses that this team needs to start creating more turnovers, they can't just continue to rely on keeping up with their opponents scoring. Did Jim Irsay put an unneccessary spotlight on the Colts vs. Commanders game due to his comments about Dan Snyder.

(1:59:01 - 2:08:03) - Pop Quiz

(2:08:04 - 2:19:20) - The fellas close out the show talking to Marion University head-coach Mark Henninger. The Knights coach talks about their winning season so far and upcoming game against Concordia this weekend. The Knights are currently ranked 10th in their league. Coach Henninger feels confident about their ability to finish out the season with some strong wins. Kevin asks if the college game has evolved over the years in terms of game tempo and no-huddle offense. Query digs into Henninger's play calling philosophy and how it evolves over the course of a game.
