Best of Kevin & Query - Thursday 03/23 - Zak Keefer and Scott Agness call in to talk Pacers and Colts!

(00:00 - 8:32) - Hour two starts, the shirt is still off, and the Scott Agness of the Fieldhouse Files joins the show ahead of his usual spot. The Pacer's Podcast host starts off reminding everyone that the season is about growth and exploring new options for team direction. He finds it in the Pacers best interest to not make the play-in tournament this season. While Bennedict Mathurin has performed up to expectations this season, it is Andrew Nembhard who has been the standout rookie this year performing well above and beyond what people thought he was capable of. Agness goes over how many if any Pacers players may want to sit the remaining games of the season knowing that the playoffs are still possible but unlikely. 

(8:33 - 31:27) - Zak Keefer of WISH TV is on the road attending Pro-Day camps, but still has time to call in to the show. Keefer says that attending the Pro-Days of players you might not even intend to draft is still important because you get intel on players you will see later in the year. He also says that discussions with other scouts and media on Pro-days reveal a lot of information about other teams headspace going into the season. Ballard only attends a small handful of Pro-days, however he does often draft the players workouts he attends. Keefer believes that the Colts are going to try and move up to third in the draft. He says it is time for Indianapolis to go get the quarterback they want and stop waiting around.
