The Atlanta Falcons spent big on free agent quarterback Kirk Cousins who is 36-years old. They're likely going to lose draft picks for the tampering charges levied against them after signing him. They backed Cousins with drafting quarterback Michael Penix Jr. out of Washington with the No. 8 pick in the NFL Draft.
