Today, I'm thrilled to welcome Taiba Bajar, the founder of Autism Brain Empowerment. Taiba is a TEDx speaker, award-winning author, and holds degrees in Dentistry and Bioethics from the University of Bristol, where she earned the Clinical Research Prize in 2013. Drawing from her personal journey after her son's developmental regression, she developed the 7-Step Autism Action Plan—a science-based approach to help parents reduce autism symptoms through environmental changes at home.

Her mission is to empower millions of families worldwide by highlighting autism's epigenetic nature and fostering real progress for autistic children. She's the bestselling author of "Unlock Autism" and co-author of "Evolve and Conquer," and has received prestigious awards including the 2024 National Mental Health Care Award and the Hampshire Business Awards for Community Health and Wellbeing Impact.

Sounding Like A 'Professional' Podcaster
Most podcasts have a BuyMeACoffee link and ask listeners to write reviews. I meant to do that at launch in 2022 but I didn't get around to it until 2025.

If you want to support the podcast that's fine ere is a BuyMeACoffee link at the top of the shownotes and there is also a crypto Link.

You can also support the podcast by writing a review on your podcast provider's platform and by reposting the episodes on social media. I am told reviews 'help the algorithm'....at least I hear other people say that and it sounds professional :-)
