The Feb 2023 California Bar Exam results have been released, and not surprisingly, the scores and pass rates have dropped to new lows. Only 33% of the applicants passed the exam, and the repeat-taker pass rate sunk to only 28%. Our panel looks at the results and offers feedback and suggestions for ways to move forward and reach the pass list.
