J. MICHAEL BENNETT, Ph.D has a doctorate in Mechanical Engineering and served as a Defense Department scientist. He ia a successful high-tech inventor and entrepreneur and was the host of the popular radio show Future Quake, which explored timely social issues. Living in "the buckle of the Bible Belt," Nashville, Mike loves to counter current evangelical thought and actions with scientific research, a knowledge of history and a sense of morality and compassion. We talk about climate change, environmental issues, infertility, greed and religiousity. His perspectives are based on careful research, historical knowledge and a commitment to leading a moral life.
