Emily Steinberg, a 3 day/week solar power executive landed a great part time job after her second child was born; she’ll share how she networked her way into that unicorn flex job, how she balances her time, and says her work-life balance is “very good!” Next, The Mom Project's Pam Cohen has tips for working moms on how to land a flexible work-from-home job, tells us which industries and jobs are most common and advises how to keep the job within those hours -- and not end up working more and getting paid less (job creep!). Kim recalls her own experiences as a part time employee and when she hired several flex workers (the jobs are out there, they’re just under the radar!).
