There were a number of situations that took place this week where people, both individually and collectively, were allocating blame to external things to justify their position or their behaviour. And in nearly every one of those situations, emotions were high and the results were not great. In today’s episode I share a very simple, yet powerful model, that enables us to maintain a higher degree of control, and therefore create the opportunity to deliver an alternative result.
