Words have power. Despite what we may have been told when growing up, that ‘sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me‘; the fact is, words have impact. And in sales, as in life, it is incredibly important to understand that our language will have a huge impact on our ability to solve problems, and to influence others. Our ability to leverage the power of language in an ethical way will provide the opportunity to differentiate against competitors, and ultimately, become exceptional.
