Marc joined Airbnb as one of the first employees. During his time at the company, it grew to over 6,000 people & scaled across the globe. He shares his journey in a rapidly scaling startup and all the lessons learned.
In 2021, he returned to Dublin where he started Nomad Capital to focus on investing in early-stage B2B software and marketplaces.
