with UTMB happening this weekend we dug out a never published recording from the archives with Mile 27 leader and coach Andy Dubois to discuss training for 100 mile races in Singapore and Asia.
Andy coaches some of the top Ultra Runners in Asia and has coached the North Face Adventure Racing Team in the past who will feature heavily at the 2022 UTMB with Jay, Stingray and Chung all competing.
