War or Peace in 2023?

Putin says Russia is ready to negotiate with Ukraine. Ukraine says Russia doesn’t actually want to negotiate and received an additional $1.85 billion in military aid from the U.S. All this is occurring while China launched its largest incursion yet into Taiwan’s ADIZ. Are we more likely to see war or peace in 2023?
