Is China Preparing for War?

The book of Revelation tells us a war is coming that will boast a 200-million-person army resulting in over 2 billion people being killed. China says they can produce a military with 200 million people AND they are acting as if they are preparing for war. Could China be a major player in the sixth trumpet of Revelation?
