Virginia Democrats have proposed a bill that would add parents who refuse to affirm their child’s gender identity or sexual orientation to the state’s definition of child abuse and neglect. Michigan GOP have introduced a bill defining gender transitions for minors as child abuse. Considering these are dramatic opposing views, who is correct, the Republicans or the Democrats?
