In this episode I talk about my recent return to NLP course ( this time as coach) and how it made me realise how life changing this course was and how my subconscious mind has picked up and stored so much more than I realised.
A full circle moment realisation of it being 2 years to the day I said with intention I'd run retreat to the weekend I am running my first one. eeekkk
Plus a reminder to listen to what you are being called to do, be that professionally or personally, listen to the call because it's there for a reason! Your mind will always attempt to play tricks on you, other people won't "get it" and circumstances and stumbling blocks are there for you to overcome!!
Feel the fear and do it anyway! The alternative is staying where you are and living with regret!
