In a desperate attempt at a last stand to halt the Rwandan backed army of Laurent Desire Kabila, Mobutu hires mercenaries composed of members of the infamous 10th Sabotage Detachment of the Bosnian Serb army, responsible for some of the worst atrocities in the Bosnian war, under the command of French intelligence asset "Yugo Dominic".
