Show Notes

I've had a lot of emails and DMs from listeners asking me to share my AM and PM skincare regime so in this episode I talk about the ingredients in use in the morning and in the evening, the products I've tried and how my skin has changed since I started my new regime 18 months ago.

The products I used when I first switched:

Morning:

Skinceuticals C E Ferulic Acid. A gold-standard antioxidant regarded as one of the, if not the, best by many of my beauty colleagues.

Indeed Labs Hydration Booster. A really milky, soft and efficient hydrating booster that works AM or PM.

Clinique Moisture Surge Supercharged Concentrate. Another great hydrating gel serum. This one also contains antioxidants and I like it as a last hydrating step, if needed, under makeup.

Evening

Paulas Choice Clinical 1% Retinol Treatment. This really is a great retinol treatment that I've seen incredible results with. Ease your way in, follow the instructions.

Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair. If needed, but a great hydrating serum that instantly quenches that dry/tight feeling in skin.
