Kouri Richins, accused of killing her husband with a poisoned Moscow Mule, is back in court on January 23rd, 2025. The defense has filed motions to suppress key evidence, including electronic data, statements made by Kouri, and the infamous "Walk The Dog Letter." The defense argues that this letter is inadmissible because it was obtained illegally. The judge has not yet ruled on the motions to suppress. The trial is set to begin in at the end of April.
