Judge Cannon reviewed many motions for Karen Read's upcoming second trial. She took all of them over advisement and we should be hearing her ruling in a week or so.
The attorneys went over oral arguments for releasing the side bar transcript of the previous trial, discovery motions and request for continuance of the trial to April 1st 2025.
