Karen Read filed the Appeal for the Motion to Dismiss Counts one & three. She is hoping that the Supreme Court will at least allow them to question the deliberating jurors about those counts.
Sgt.Yuri Bukhenik and Detective Kevin Albert were discipled by the Police Department for their conduct during the Karen Read Case. Special Assistant District Attorney Hank Brennan will lead the prosecution for Read's second trial.
