However, the journey didn't end there.
Subsequently, Karl embarked on a daunting quest for skin removal surgeries, necessitating eight procedures totaling $125,000. Despite insurance coverage limitations, Karl's unwavering resolve led him to sell his belongings, accumulate substantial debt, and undergo a rigorous two-year journey to self-finance these life-changing surgeries.
