Show Notes
Mark Hinton works at the University of Arkansas as an Athletic Trainer for the Men's/Women's Track & Field teams. He shares his journey of how he got to where he is today and how/why he chose his career path. He teaches us about the things he learned that school did not teach him. We also touch on different topics like burn out in the work environment and the importance of soft skills. He loves his job/career and has a lot of insight which applies to not just those in Athletic Training but other career paths as well.
