Irregularities are an aspect of life that we don’t choose but can conquer through our actions. Inconsistencies are self-limiting, but allow us to build habits toward a better life. And injury is inevitable but creates the opportunity for resilience and fortitude in pursuit of our goals.

No matter your goals and best intentions, life will throw you curveballs. The power to achieve at a high level, in the face of these challenges, is what we all possess, but very few embrace.
