We also discuss two pieces of legislation which were recently passed in the House: the Child Care is Essential Act (H.R. 7027) and the Child Care for Economic Recovery Act (H.R. 7327), as well as, the $775 billion childcare plan proposed by VP Joe Biden, which covers universal pre-k, and elder care.
