1 Peter 3:7 The "Weaker" Wife
Are women the "weaker sex" as the NRSV reads in 1 Peter 3:7? NO! Peter is talking about wives who need to be won to Christ in 1 Peter 3:7, just as in 3:1 he was talking about husbands who needed to be won to Christ. Peter advises Christian husbands how to witness wisely to their unsaved spouses so that their prayers for their salvation would not be hindered! Go Deeper? Get a copy of Bruce C. E.
