Witnessing wives and husbands. The passage of 1 Peter 3:1-7 is about those Christians who are married to unbelieving spouses. They are unequally yoked. They are praying for their partner to come to Christ. Peter gives sensible advice how to please God and how to win their spouse.
Is this passage about hierarchical marriages with wives submitting to their lordly husbands? Are all wives somehow the "weaker vessel"? NOT AT ALL! The weaker spouse does not yet know Christ and needs to be won to Him.
