What in the heck is infrastructure? Well, it is those parts of a system that is usually stationary, stable, and the foundation of the system. For aquaculture, it involves things like water, tanks, ponds, raceways, streams, buildings, etc. Equipment is a part of the infrastructure, but it includes more than equipment.
