Think of it like this: your ideas, your consciousness, and even entire universes don't expand outwards; they expand through quality-depth. If that doesn't work, she "literally shoves himself around," leading to stiff necks and sore gums.

Then, Seth unpacks the bizarre origin of a serious foot injury Rob suffered years earlier. After stepping on a nail, he had a violent, near-fatal reaction to a horse-serum tetanus shot. The reason? A past-life trauma from when he was three years old. He watched his father shoe a horse that had just stepped on a nail, and he identified so strongly with the horse's pain and terror that the memory was triggered by his own accident decades later. The horse-serum shot just made the subconscious connection even worse!
