"The crisis occurred at 2:30 that morning, when Miss Callahan awakened, momentarily completely naked of ego, face to face with the subconscious, and sensing the inner self within."

The second mention of May 23rd referred to a friend who suffered a collapsed lung. Seth states this was also accurate, explaining the illness was a psychosomatic attempt to evade escalating professional and personal responsibilities, particularly pressure from his family. Seth confirms that no distortion occurred, but rather a "blocking" of the full details.

The Dynamics of Emotion and Weather

A central theme of this session is the direct, causal relationship between collective human emotion and atmospheric conditions. Seth posits that moods and weather are mutually influential.

"The same effects that cause emotional outbursts also cause physical storms. The basis is the same. The manifestation is different."

Seth describes a process of "psychic osmosis" where excess emotional energy from individuals "spills over" into the molecular structures of the atmosphere. The session clarifies a past contradiction regarding a personality named Loren. Seth explains that a soul can have a core gender identity that is opposite to its physical incarnations.

"The personality of Loren, you see, is basically female despite the fact that he has never had a female reincarnation. This led to the confusion."
